Carly is the best ever. Out of all my crafts and hobbies I have baking is the one that gets the most use. Specifically cupcakes Carly bought me one of those "giant' cupcake pans, new piping bag and tips and two Beautiful, Wonderful Cupcake cook books. One is a huge Martha Stewart book. IT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER. MARTHA IS SO FUCKING CRAFTY.     *__*

I really wish I could do some baking tonight but it would just end up being wasted since no one but the immediate family is coming for dinner and we're flying out Christmas Morning.



Maybe soon I'll have an excuse to bake

Guys, I finally caved and turned the heat on in the apartment after my parents left.  AND NOW THE VENT IN THE LIVING ROOM...IS TICKING?

ALSO: I wanna make a christmas cd for my classroom, but I really want the christmas songs in different languages, to encourage CULTURAL DIVERSITY! \O/  I have Feliz Navidad, and Oh Tannenbaum. But I can't think of any else. If any of you have ideas or links let me know.

I'M OFFICIALLY DONE WITH CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. ALL THAT'S LEFT IS CLEANING THE HOUSE AND PUTTING UP CHRISTMAS.

I hung out with my brother and Carly today shopping for mom and dad. Tom found an original pressing of Abbey Road for 10 dollars that still sounds pretty good, and a Georgia Satellites album for Dad and an old KC and The Sunshine for mom. SO WAAAYYY TO TRUMP ME ASSHOLE.

I got them a plethora of kitchen goods because they BREAK or BURN almost everything..It's like their own personal interpretation of Sherman's March on Atlanta..Scorched Earth Policy.


I just finished baking my Christmas cookies for my teachers and writing their cards. Am gonna wash my face and put on my jim jams.

I sent all your cards out yesterday so they should be with you by the end of the week

MERRY CHRISTMAS MY LOVES!

I got a lot of lovely things from my parents and brother..New earphones, a dust buster, new kick ass shirts, Mama Mia Soundtrack and candy and it is wonderful...

The only thing I didn't get was the Live In Chicago set..Because My mom refuses to believe that she can't find the book/cd/dvd set..and she will not settle for anything less than the whole shebang..*her words*

I told her I would be unbelievably pleased with the CD/DVD But she's stubborn..So I'll just be waiting over here in a corner...

Now I'm off to make some Ficlets for my loves!

I just got back from Christmas Eve Service and I've realized that there is a lot more stuff going on today than I expected so the ficlets might be late..Sorry guys...I'll try and get some done now...Before Christmas Eve Dinner..

Oh..I'm a glutton for punishment..i spent all last saturday making cookies and I left more than half of them with Nickel..And I was cleaning the kitchen when I found my grandmother's cookie cutters..and I am over whelmed with the urge to make more cookies...
It's not Christmas without Granny's cookies guys..
I am a sap.
