What if you did not have to pay income taxes, capital gains taxes, Social Security Taxes, Medicare Taxes, corporate taxes, small business taxes, interest taxes, minimum income taxes, various utility / usage taxes and death taxes? If you are just a W-2 earner, you really only pay income taxes, Social Security Taxes, Medicare Taxes. Your gross yearly wage has been 60,000. If you had been paying all of these taxes, your take home was approximately 3,800 a month. Lets say you are not paying those taxes any longer. Now your monthly income is 5,000 a month. ( Read how the government gets paid on this deal here.Collapse ) Hopefully this sparked some interest and gets you to visit to learn more about the Fair Tax Movement

I apologize if anyone has posted this already, I'm out of the loop...
But, does anyone else in here find it weird and unusual that Muslims have only begun protesting the Danish cartoons 5 months after it was originally published?? Maybe this was planned...Otherwise, how did so many Iranians - and other Muslim extremists - get their filthy hands on so many Danish flags to burn???

WA needs new voting system |
] |
Or what every holiday you may celebrate...
May it still be happy even with the turnout of the "recount" Here's to hoping that this whole thing isn't over yet... It's not right if more than half of Washington thinks Rosi should be our governor then he should be. I don't see how they think the machines could be wrong, they only read Rosi or Gregoire, no little logic programs that will "accidentally" lose some ballots, or "correct" falsly marked ones... Ah well, Here's hoping it goes well with what ever may come.

I don't know how many of you already know about this site, but Orbusmax.com is a good news site for the northwest area. Check it out if you're interested, if you have any other good sites for around here, I thought it might be cool to post them here and share them, have a good night.

| Baby killing.... The only thing Kerry's sure of. |
[27 Oct 2004|01:48pm] |

The above picture is an embryoscopy of a 5-month pregnancy.
Partial birth abortion is where they pull the baby out feet first until everything but the head it is out, and kill the baby.
This is the only issue in which John Kerry has not flip-flopped. He has voted six times, as many times possible, in favor of partial birth abortion.
This is the only thing he's SURE of.
X-posted here and there.

Hello my name is Brie. I am a 26 year old married mommy. I live in Easter Washington. And as you know it is hard to be a Republican and be in this state. I am sure that in some of my comments you will hear me speak of my husband, he is born and raised Texan and not really sure what to think of all the liberals here. So anyhow that is me in a hand basket nice to meet you

| Just thought id introduce myself |
[04 Aug 2004|09:38pm] |
I saw an ad for this in the bush2004 community and I thought id join. Anyways I hope its okay if im not voting age. Ill introduce myself. I am nearly 16, I am going to be a Sophomore in high school, and I live in Seattle. My dad is a "libertarian who votes Republican" and my mom is an independent. I would say Im very un-sterotypical of a typical Republican. I have died hair. im an atheist. Mostly what attracts me to the Republican party is that it seems to be for the good of America, and they arent just looking out for themselves. What really pisses me off about the dem's is there non-stop whining about everything Bush does. I personally think Bush has done a great job, and although I disagree on some of his issues (gay marriage, abortion, gun control [im against gun control]), I think he is a strong president.

Welcome to the Washington State Republicans Community.
Living in Western Washington is a hard thing. Seattle is full of people who would love to get rid of Bush, Cheney, and Republicans. I go to school in Eastern Washington. However, most of the students are from Western Washington it seems and are of the same mind as the people from Seattle.
I created this community to be a hub for those of us who live in the beautiful Evergreen State. I really hope that this will be a community where we can share information as well as thoughts and ideas. Let us be resources unto one another and enjoy ourselves, for in November... we will know our future and hopefully, it'll be a bright one!
