Voting Post

Good afternoon, everyone!

This is the final round! This round we had two stories submitted, by our two finalists luckystar37 and reed_bailey. This round noone could default. By the end of this round we'll have determined who our winner is.

So, as a result, voters only have two stories to vote on this week!

This is the voting post. Here you'll;

1. Find the instructions on how to vote.
2. Leave your votes and comments.

You have until midnight - New York time - on the 11th of June to vote. (You can find all the times in earlier posts.)

Please be sure to read these instructions carefully before voting!

Voting procedure for Round 1.06 - Keep to the Code.

#1. Read all stories before voting.
#2. This week one writer's feet will touch the floor. He or she will be eliminated from the Battle Royal. When you decide who that writer is, use the following format to vote:

This Writer's Feet Touched The Floor
Story #:
Story Title:
Reason for vote: (This is the feedback you'll give the writer.)

#3. We will have one winner per round. Again, use the following format to vote:

Winner of round 1.06
Story #:
Story Title:
Reason for vote: (This is the feedback you'll give the writer.)

Both should be put in the same vote-comment. I don't need two separate comments. I can't count one vote until I have them both, so please do all your voting in one comment. Thanks. :)

#4. You must vote for both a writer to be eliminated and a winner. Writers cannot vote for themselves for either category.

#5. Please encourage your friends to vote. Voters do not need to be members/watchers of the comm. Do NOT indicate which story is yours when you do this.

#6. Use the following questions as guidelines for the reason behind your vote.

* How well did the writer follow the theme: Keep to the Code!

There's codes in every thing in life from behavior in the ring to etiquette out of it, and a million things in between.

The prompt: Gossip.

* Is the spelling, grammar and punctuation sound? (Using US, Canadian or UK standards)
* How well did the writer stick to wrestling canon? (Is the characterization sound, does everything fit the universe it's in, and is it realistic?) This is, of course, difficult in wrestling, but should still be considered.

Be sure to follow all the steps! When in doubt, read the FAQs!

Voting will be open from the time the story post goes up until midnight on Sunday night, June 11th. At that time no further votes will be counted, but it will take a while for me to get the results up.

Once the 1.06 stories post is made, the sign-up thread will be posted so you can sign up for the next round, should you want to. :)
