Yoga & Reflexology
Practices for becoming more at home in your body.
Yoga and foot reflexology are different practices, but both invite us to slow down, pay attention, and develop a deeper awareness of the body.
My work is grounded in the belief that wellness doesn’t have to mean pushing harder or fixing something that is wrong with you. Sometimes it looks like learning to listen, making space to breathe, moving with intention, or simply giving yourself time to be present.
Yoga
My yoga classes are rooted in hatha yoga, embodiment, and mindful movement. I teach in a way that encourages you to notice what you are experiencing rather than simply trying to achieve a particular shape.
Classes may include longer-held postures, intentional transitions, breath awareness, grounding practices, and opportunities to explore movement in a way that feels supportive for your body.
I welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You won't be asked to perform, compete, or look a certain way. Instead, I offer options and encourage you to find the version of a practice that makes sense for you that day.
For me, yoga is more than the physical postures. It is a practice of attention, presence, discipline, and learning to live more consciously in your own body.
Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a focused practice involving gentle pressure and movement on the feet. Reflexology is traditionally based on the idea that different areas of the feet correspond with different parts of the body.
A reflexology session gives you an opportunity to slow down and receive focused, intentional touch while bringing your attention toward your feet and the sensations you're experiencing.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and educational. I want you to understand what we're doing and feel comfortable throughout the session.
I also love helping people become more familiar with their own feet and the ways they can incorporate simple foot awareness and self-reflexology into their everyday lives.
My Approach
Although yoga and reflexology look very different, I love the way they can meet in the same place: awareness.
Yoga invites us to experience the body through movement, breath, stillness, and posture. Reflexology invites us to slow down and pay attention through the feet and through touch.
Neither practice needs to be about forcing your body to change.
My goal is to create a space where you can notice, explore, and reconnect without judgment or pressure.
I draw from traditional yoga teachings while keeping my classes accessible and grounded in everyday life. My work with reflexology is similarly centered on presence, intentional touch, and helping people develop a greater awareness of their own bodies.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat, settling into a reflexology session, or simply learning to pay a little more attention to how you feel, you're invited to meet yourself where you are.
Come as you are. Practice from There.
