Probably the best value sea view condo in this area. Comfortable and quiet development with several Pools and several small buildings. Phase 3 is probably the best area of this development.

This development is in a great location and offers a lot of different units type. I lived there for 5 years in 2 different units and Phase 3 is much better and more recent. The first phases are also nice but a bit old for some units. Overall most units offer great sea view and a very convenient location. They also have several pools, I believe one per phase so the pools are not crowded. I really enjoyed staying there and I would go there again if I had to live in Southern Phuket.

Even the project is not located within walking distance to the beach it is very nice, the location is peaceful and inside the project itself it has a very nice vegetarian restaurant with amazing views ower Kata bay, the spa facilities also very nice providing a very relaxing atmosphere.

This condo is luxurious with a sea view of Kata Beach from the balcony, another beautiful beach in Phuket. It's a venue of restaurants and enjoys the nightlife and a street market. It's a lovely market for clothes, ingredients, and food. The project chose durable materials for the construction, and the room is decorated with brand-name furniture, which makes the room so inviting. The common area and the facilities are 4 swimming pools, a fully-equipped gym, a garden for a shady atmosphere, a shuttle bus, and more for the residents. For the service, the staff is friendly and helpful; they always help us when needs. The security system is excellent for 24 hours. Overall, this is one of the quality, luxurious projects. Shame that there are 1 and 2 bedrooms, unsuitable for a large family. If you are looking for accommodation for investment, this can be a perfect one. I would recommend it.
