Perfect condominium at an affordable price. The room I rent opens to a mountain and sea view. The morning breeze and atmosphere is impressive. The studio room is spacious, suitable for 2 people with complete facilities such as modern furniture. It's worth the rental price. You can also find restaurants and bars easily around the project as there are plenty of them, both Thai and international restaurants. The location is near Kata Beach and Karon Beach, just a few minutes drive. Overall, it's perfect for living and renting out in the short-term and the long-term.

Project is overal average. Average facilities, rooms, quality etc. The projects best feature is its location right in the middle of Kata and Karon. You can actually walk to both beaches and main entertainment areas from here.

This condo is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to Kata Beach. The condo is new and modern. My room is a studio with perfect size making it so comfortable and decent for living. The balcony allows you to enjoy the stunning sea view, which creates relaxing vibes. During the day, I often chill by the pool. It is an impressive vacation to stay here.
