It is a modern condo. There is a full range of facilities to accommodate residents' needs. There is a good allocation of usable areas. The materials used to decorate are of good quality. The design is also stylish and suits every lifestyle. All functions well-match the needs. I rented a 1 bedroom unit, very impressed. Considered worth the rental price! Besides, the project's facilities are diverse and made me more comfortable living, such as shops, restaurants, laundry, fitness, and a large swimming pool. As for the staff, they are very friendly and helpful when there are issues. Lumpini Ville Naklua - Wong Amat is a project near Central Pattaya Festival, which is convenient, and I go shopping very often in my free time. Also, the project is 1 kilometer near Wong Amat Beach. I can go to relax and watch the sea view when I'm bored. Overall, the project is a good condo. Suitable for all lifestyles.
