I stayed in Chiang Mai, so I rented the condo for about two months. This location is quite far from the Nimman area, the old city, and the city center. The neighborhood around the condo has full amenities, and it's not far from Central Chiangmai and Big C Chiang Mai. Besides, McDonald's and 7-Eleven are only a few hundred meters away, conveniently reached by foot. You can also grab a taxi service for your convenience. The common area of the condo is spotless. There is a swimming pool, a lounge, a sauna, and many other amenities. Everything about this project has impressed me, and the security guards are also very nice and helpful. I hope to return here soon.
