No upfront cost. Standard commission (3% in Bangkok, 5% elsewhere) applies only when your property successfully sells. For Premium Plus in Bangkok, commission is 5% if sold within 30 days, or 4% by day 90.
Yes, FazWaz Premium requires an exclusive listing agreement. Your property can still appear on other sites through our syndication network, but FazWaz manages the listing and coordinates all buyer inquiries and transactions. This allows us to provide the full range of Premium services and dedicated support.
