過去 3 年間、他の 2 つのコンドミニアムに住んでいた私にとって、エレメンツは断然お気に入りの場所です。エレメントにはジムやプールなどの素晴らしい施設が備わっています。すべての公共エリアは清潔に保たれ、よく管理されています。法務局はいつも信じられないほどフレンドリーで親切でした。一度、誰かが私のバイクにダメージを与えたのを目撃したことがありますが、法務局はすべての監視カメラのビデオを私に共有してくれました。 elements のユニットは素晴らしく、非常に大きな部屋を備えた清潔でモダンなプロジェクトです。 2ベッドルーム-2バスルームのユニットに宿泊したので、常に十分なスペースがありました。このプロジェクトはペットにも優しいです。小さな通りの先にある素晴らしいロケーションですが、シーコンスクエア、パラダイスパーク、トレインマーケット、ラマ9世公園の向かいにあります。この地域には常にやるべきことがたくさんありました。

先日このプロジェクトを訪問させていただきましたが、周囲は緑が豊かで静かで気持ちの良いエリアでした。私が訪問した家はインフィニートタイプで、とても広く、ベッドルームが 4 つ、バスルームが 4 つあり、豪華な装飾が施されていました。アメニティも充実しています。私の彼女はサウナとジャグジーを楽しむつもりです。メガバンナーシルナリンドラ店にも近いです。

it is an interesting detached house project with 5 bedrooms, 7 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. suitable for a large family like me. the design is beautiful and luxurious. the decoration of large mirrors around the house makes the house open and airy. the living space is large, and the atmosphere around the project is quiet because there are only 5 houses. it is close to many amenities, like hospitals, schools, shopping malls, mrt, etc.

i decided to buy a house in this project to live with my family. this project is very shady, full of trees, and a communal garden is very wide. there’s a lot of space for kids to play around, a clubhouse, a pool, and a fitness room. plus, the officers here are very nice. my family and i really like the house as there is a small garden in front of the house and a spacious indoor area. the materials used in the construction are good quality ones. for the decoration, it is flawless. when thinking about the price, it is quite reasonable. also, it is in a good location near suvarnabhumi airport and is attached to the main road. it’s very convenient to travel by car, but it might be tough for people who don’t have a car because there’s no train station around here.

the condo is conveniently close to ban thap chang arl, and taxis are always available. the interior of the room is spacious, clean and beautiful. there are also many facilities, such as the beautiful swimming pool, the fitness center, and the strict security system. by the way, the neighbors are lovely, and all the staff members are helpful. it is a nice condo in a great location suitable for living.

beautiful townhome near the expressway

i have decided to buy a townhome in this project since they started the sale because i'm impressed by the overall quality of the project, including the location, interior design style, shared facilities, and the price that is quite worth it. i feel i'm making the right choice for my family. even though there is no bts around this area, it is still convenient transportation as the project is just next to kanchanaphisek road. the surrounding atmosphere is private and peaceful. i purchased the notting hill-style townhouse because i wanted the largest house for my 2 daughters to have their private room. although there are only 2 floors, the proportions are well divided. most importantly, there is also a strict security system with a security guard on duty 24 hours.

it is our first family’s house. whoever comes will undoubtedly fall in love with the quiet and green surrounding atmosphere. the neighbors are also adorable and kind. the house is extremely large, and there is plenty of space in my unit. furthermore, it is effortless to travel, only a few minutes away from suvarnabhumi airport and close to many leading hospitals and schools as well.
