    I’ve recently bought a second-hand room in this project. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room, suitable for 2 people as a couple. The room has a complete set of quality furniture. The price is considered very worthwhile. Apart from getting a good-condition room, there is also a swimming pool and a gym. I really like this area as it's near the Ping River, where I can sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

    I decided to buy a condo here because the room has a huge living space. However, the condition of the condo is quite old but at a reasonable price. I can renovate my room with a low budget. It would be perfect for me to live in. In addition, the condo also has complete facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center. Although it is not modern, it is in a ready-to-use condition. Most importantly, the location of the condo is also close to many amenities. You can walk to Pantip Plaza and Pavilion Night Bazaar in less than 10 minutes.
