I need to know the name of a program. Someone from my friends list a couple years ago posted this graphic she made with a program. What the program does is it takes a picture and converts it dots. When you stand up close to it all you see is a bunch of dots. But the farther away you are from it, the clearer the photo is.

And yes, I know that you can get a similar effect using photoshop but I do not want it just to be a bunch of dots forming a picture that you can see at any distance. I want what is shown in the photo. It's from an item on sale on ebay. I asked the seller what the program is but they haven't replied yet and I doubt they will.
