Alphorn Day at Wasserfallen
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, the unmistakable sound of the alphorn will ring out at Wasserfallen. The focus will be on the joy of making music together and the passion for the alphorn in the mountainous landscape of Wasserfallen.
The gathering in Reigoldswil begins at 10:00 a.m. with a full choir performance. Afterward, the participants will play in smaller groups as they make their way toward Wasserfallen. Starting at 11:30 a.m., the first alphorn players will arrive at Wasserfallen. In the afternoon, alphorn music can be heard at various locations and in different ensembles. The event will conclude on a festive note at 3:00 p.m. with a joint performance at the Hintere Wasserfallen mountain inn.
