What are we supposed to tell voters in 2 years before the midterms? Sorry, we couldn’t pass the $15 minimum wage that we promised you because the Senate parliamentarian advised against it?
Two-thirds of voters want this done. Time to deliver.
The federal minimum wage has been $7.25 since 2009.
For tipped workers, it’s been $2.13 for 30 years.
The problem is NOT expanded unemployment assistance.
I am tearing up just thinking about what it would mean to Americans everywhere--and to the world--to have @BernieSanders as President, fighting for US. I am so ready for that.
I am so offended by candidates & pundits who try to paint @BernieSanders supporters as offensive. That erases the vast majority of us—many women & folks of color—who support Sanders and are inspired by the loving, generous movement we are building. Stop attacking US.

I am a @BernieSanders supporter, but please. @ewarren was prepared, smart, unrelenting & on point in taking on sexism. “Mean and angry” is such a stereotype and unfair.

Meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse illegally carried a rifle and was not arrested for shooting and murdering protesters until he was home in Illinois.
There is no logic to support this. This is white supremacy.
This is a really important point that @ewarren is making: the ultra-rich make their money off accumulated wealth not income. That’s why you have to tax wealth not just income.
