Born into a high class family, Lyllie was given it all as a child. All except love from her parents. Tragedy struck at the age of 7, when her parents were mysteriously shot and killed in an alley outside one of Aquia's nightclubs. Lyllie was left to her uncle, Petter Borealis. She lived with Petter and her cousin, Will, for the years leading up to when Will took over his father's company: Time Organization of Aquia (TOA). At that point, Will bought a spacey loft for his cousin, who he loved very much. Lyllie moved in right away, at the age of 14. Lyllie was gifted when it came to accuracy. If she cherised anything left to her by her parents, it was her pistols, called Dawn and Dusk. These heirlooms have saved her life on more than one occasion. Will noticed his cousin's talent right away, deciding that she was perfect for a new project TOA was backing, PROJECT CHRONOS. Lyllie became the leader at 15, taking her new job seriously. She was present for all the exams, picking out who she felt was worthy of her group. First came Liam Star and Lacey Amilise, who were both looking for something within the Project. Serenity Black followed. She was already employed at TOA, but she wanted to move up. Tryxi McArthur and Johnny Rayne followed Serenity. These two took the test as a joke, but ended up qualifying. Spencer Star, Liam’s twin, was given a different test than the others; he was tested by Will himself. Will then placed him in the Project Chronos ranks, knowing immediately he was good enough for his cousin’s team. Lyllie thought her team was set. That was, until Will told her that a new man had aced his test: Logan Moonstorm. Right away, she thought something was foul. She had never seen him take the test, and she was present for them all. Still, she trusted Will, and allowed Logan to become part of the team. Now, keeping a watchful eye on Logan, she and her team seek out justice in Aquia. They're above the law. They are the law.
