The municipal court administration shall be allowed to retain any and all overpayments in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) or less which are in excess of the fines or fees assessed.

Definitions.
Shredding or burning of documents.
Any citation, warrant, DSC Record, which has been legally completed for a period of five (5) to seven (7) years.

Compliance.
Court personnel will comply with the state regulations by shredding said documents as described above.
