Yinli-1 or Gravity-1 is a medium solid fuel orbital rocket for the commercial market designed by OrienSpace.
It is a four stage vehicle. Stage 1 consists of four large strap-on solid-fuel motors surrounding the core. Stage 2 uses the same motor but with an altitude optimized nozzle. Stage 3 is a shortened version of this motor. Stage 4 is a smaller solid-fuel motor.
Also an upgraded version, Yinli-1A is planned, which replaces the stage 4 motor with a small liquid fuel stage.
The maiden flight took place in January 2024 from a floating barge in the Yellow Sea.
