Duga-K [Yuzhnoye]
The Duga-K satellites were experimental radar calibration satellites based on the Taifun-1 design.
Reportedly it was an experimental system to perfect methods of of controlling the functioning of beyond-the-horizon radars. Only two satellites were launched.
