
Pixxel-TD 2 [Pixxel]
The Pixxel TD 2 or Shakuntala is a 6U CubeSat technology demonstrator satellite for an Indian earth observation constellation built by Pixxel.
Weighing less than 15 kg, TD-2 is capable of capturing orbital images in more than 150 bands of color from the visible and infrared spectrum with a resolution of 10-meters per pixel.
The first two prototypes are to be launched in 2022. The operational Pixxel constellation will consist of more than 20 larger satellites.
