Xingrui 11 (XR-11) is a high-resolution remote sensing satellite developed by Hunan Saidlet Satellite Technology Co., Ltd.. It is the first satellite to be fully manufactured in Zhuzhou, China, with final assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) completed at the Saidlet Satellite Intelligent Manufacturing Factory.

The satellite is equipped with a high-performance 0.5 meter resolution full-color multispectral camera as its primary payload. It supports multiple imaging modes including sub-satellite push-scan, side-swing push-scan, and video imaging, offering strong on-orbit Earth observation capabilities. The satellite is designed for a mission life of at least 5 years.

XR-11 is part of a broader initiative to create a coordinated "optical + radar" remote sensing network, integrating data from multiple satellites to support a wide range of applications. These include urban management, smart transportation, smart energy, and other public service and infrastructure domains.

The satellite was launched on 21 May 2025 on a Lijian-1 (Kinetica-1) rocket.
