Shipping Policies
Trojan Zone is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
Trojan Zone ships all over the United States. We primarily ship via USPS and occasionally UPS within the continental United States only.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Website orders are generally processed and filled within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7-10 days for standard shipping.
Trojan Zone bases shipping costs on the total number of merchandise products ordered.
Returns
Online Returns
All products purchased from this site may be returned within 30 days of shipment, for a refund of the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. Please contact trojanzone@dsu.edu if you receive defective or incorrectly shipped product or if you would like to make a return.
Exceptions to this policy include clearance items and special order products, which cannot be returned. Special order products include clothing with monograms or custom sizes, and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original tags included.

In-Store Returns
Returns must be made to the original store of purchase.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase with tags and receipt.
All Clearance items are final sale.
