A Au occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼ sec. 30, T14N, R18W, G&SRM, 3.2 km (2.0 miles) S of Crossman Peak (coordinates of record) and 13.4 km (8.3 miles ENE of Lake Havasu City, on Bureau of land Management administered land. Owned by Michael Ferdik, Arizona (1979). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Early Proterozoic metamorphic rocks.
