The coordinates are for the Gould #2 shaft that was sunk on the north shore of Cart Lake. This connects with shaft #1 NE of shaft #2 & #3 shaft on the south shore of Cart Lake.
1908: Gould No.l Shaft; was sunk 200' with levels at 80', 118' & 200'.
Gould No.2 Shaft; (Agnico ML Cart Lake Shaft, 1966) was sunk 195'
with levels at 98', & 185'.
