Mineral finds from gneiss fissures reported during the construction of the 792-m-long railway tunnel on the BLS AG's Lötschberg line.
The most known mineral from this locality is fluorite; it appears as pale blue-green crystal aggregates, up to 8 mm across, showing octahedral or rhombododecahedral habit and actually made up of numerous stacked cubes.
