Grey Autunian sediments near Permian basin north border.
Grey Autunian layers are in contact with Cambrian basement (overlain by Basal Autunian conglomerates) along a major EW fault.
Uranium (pitchblende + sulfides + sulfosalts) is heavily concentrated in grey Autunian and also in conglomerate (in association with bitumen).
A deep alteration occurs along tectonic faults.

Located 3 km SSE of Lodève.

NOTE: Not to be confused with the "Mas d'Alary, Lodève" locality.
