Located in the mouth of Denver Creek, a tributary of East Fork Pine Creek, approximately 4.8 miles (7.7 kilometers SSE of Pinehurst, Idaho.
The US Bureau of Mines lists the mine as having produced from 1926 to 1952 3,300 tons of ore containing 1,500 ounces of silver, 102,000 pounds of lead, 127,000 pounds of zinc, 1,000 pounds of copper, and 29 ounces of gold.
