The Cantin Mine as of 2024 consists of 4 large open cuts; two small and two larger. The larger cuts should be approached with caution as they are fenced off with aged barbed-wire. Old rusty remains of machinery are still visible, though the collecting is predominantly mica books with trace blue apatite. (mostly massive)
