An abandoned, overgrown quarry in a basalt slag cone located 1.5 km E of Wehr.
The occurrence is mainly interesting because of the glacial slide fold.
NOTE: With the exception of the forsterite crystals embedded in lava, the site does not contain any minerals of interest to collectors.
The minerals, which can be found in many collections under the name "Dachsbusch", usually come from the Hüttenberg sand pit between Hüttenberg and Dachsbusch, which is a different locality about 500 metres further north.
