Massive and disseminated pyrrhotite with veinlets and blebs of Ni-bearing sulfides occur in a NE-trending fracture zone, 1200 ft (366 m) long by 4 to 500 ft (1.2 to 152 m) wide, near the contact with a tongue of sedimentary rocks. Sulfides occur as segregations in olivine gabbro and gabbro and as fracture fillings in intrusive rocks and contiguous sedimentary rocks.

The Hall-Carroll is approximately 600 m (1969 ft) SE of Rogers farm.
