Köppen climate type:
Rotten brecciated granite with badly oxidized Quartz and Pyrite. Below the oxidation zone it should be much like Spruce Claim in King Co. Washington. Initially claimed by Bob Downs but when the penstock from Jones lake to the power station started moving, BC Hydro extinguished all claims and no explosives are permitted.
