A small antimony mine, working an ENE-trending lode just south of Lanhadron farm. An early working of the sett from 1822 until 1825 was under the name of Wheal Prosper.
Hamilton Jenkin notes the burrow of a trial shaft in a field a little further south, just north of Pengrugla farm, but this cannot now be located. Sir Arthur Russell collected stibnite, stibiconite and sphalerite in this area in August 1949.
