Keuper outcrops which at one time had a salt works for collecting salt from a salt spring and evaporating it. Salt works are active between XIII century and 1850. Salt water is recovered ocasionally until now for industrial use. The rock formations in the area appear to be similar to Ocio. A pipeline excavation cut through the farmland in the area.
