Old closed coal mine in the area of the large lignite quarry Bílina. Minerals can be found on an old dump.

The Alexander mine in Hrdlovka (President Gottwald mine in 1949–1990, the Venus mine for a short time in the first years of its existence) was a deep brown coal mine in the Most basin, located in the now-defunct village of Hrdlovka between Litvínov and Duchcov. It was the deepest mine in the North Bohemian brown coal district. The mine was founded in 1891 and mining began in 1893. Mining was transferred to the Kohinoor II mine in Mariánské Radčice in 1994, and the Alexander mine was liquidated by 1997.
