The Xinzhai Sn deposit (23°03′33″N, 104°35′07″E), is underlain by the Cambrian metasedimentary rocks (mainly schist and marble) in the DF2 of the intensely deformed part, and comprises two predominant types of ores: the early massive Sn-sulfide skarn ores and the late Sn-bearing schist ores.
