A former copper mine with minor importance compared to other Imsbach mines. The beginning of the mining activities is unknown. Last activities were in the late 19th century . The copper yield was low, instead a small coal deposit was discovered and worked at that time (Walling, 2005). Few small pits and dumps and a deeper adit (Hechtstollen) can be observed today. The dump of the adit is nowadays used as a trekking camp ground.

In autumn 2002 native bismuth was discovered in a small area of this dump as small crystal grains in association with chalcocite, pyrite and malachite. The visual determination was confirmed by EDS analysis. Bismuth is rather unusal for the Imsbach area. As of 2025 no other bismuth minerals are known from Imsbach.
