Pb-deposits. Located 8,5 km NNW of Aouli, and belongs geologically together with the deposits and veins at Aouli, to the Upper Moulouya lead district. The border between Meknès-Tafilalet Region and the Fès-Boulemane Region goes between Aouli and Sidi Ayed.
The locality with its many veins is especially known for producing nice specimens of malachite, malachite pseudomorphs after azurite and fluorite. Minerals from here is often erronously labelled as coming from Aouli.
The locality was visited during the 2nd Mindat.org Conference in 2012.
