A small tin mine on the south slope of Kit Hill, which was started around 1880 and later included in Callington Consols. The grid reference marks the location of Harris's Engine Shaft, but the site is now largely obscured by farm buildings.
The mine worked four NE-trending lodes, from north to south New Tin Lode, Vosper's Lode, Great Gossen Lode and South Tin Lode. The three southerly lodes were close together; they were worked from crosscuts from the shaft and levels driven a short way along their strikes. Another crosscut from one of the levels connected to New Tin Lode. Dines (1956) notes that there was very little work done on the property.
There are no records of output.
