An undeveloped uranium deposit, first explored by AFMEX in the period from 1983 to 1986. Exploration for uranium continues with Paladin Energy. The project, is held 100% by Paladin, through its wholly owned subsidiary Paladin Energy Minerals NL

It is located in the West Kimberley region of Western Australia, 1,900 km NNE of Perth and 75km north-east of the regional centre of Derby. The project comprises two long-standing applications for exploration licences covering 452km².

Exploration for sandstone-hosted uranium deposits has been focused on the lower-Carboniferous Yampi Sandstone. The uranium mineralization is largely controlled by reduced sediments located centrally in the Yampi sandstone at between 45 meters and 80 meters deep to the north, and between 80 meters and 120 meters in the southern part of the prospect area.

This former cattle station is now a military training area so access to the public is not permitted.
