A former limestone quarry with light grey and dark grey limestone. The crevices contain yellowish clay and pyrite and calcite were found therein. It was closed down around 1990.
It is located 1.1 km SSW of Mantrach at N46.74791 E15.40492.
In 2013 most of the quarry was overgrown and partly flooded.
Note: The area around the quarry is part of a pre-historic village and necropolis (Hallstatt Time) and the whole hill is protected by law, consequently it is illegal to dig for and collect artifacts.
