A stream located 3km SW of Kalamunda town site running down the Darling Scarp. Simpson (1948) described an occurrence of native sulphur in a vein of secondary silica, close to Woodlupine Brook. The sulphur is in the form of minute grains and is probably derived from the decomposition of pyrite or gypsum. A single specimen of the material described by Simpson is in the collection of the W.A. Museum.

An attempt was made to relocate the occurrence in 2013 but was unsuccessful, the lower reaches of Woodlupine Brook are now developed into residential housing.

GPS coordinates are approximate.
