This area is approximately 6 kilometres north of the Hope Hill Gold Mine, 500 metres west of the Southern Cross-Bullfinch Road, and just west south-west of the Corinthia Mine. Historic shafts and shallow workings extend along the border between scrub and an open wheatfield, extending 100 metres following the shear zone north north-west. The workings are at the end of a small farm road, next to a homestead, wheatbins and sheds. It is private property and not accessible.
Historic production from the late 1890's to World War One is 1043 tonnes of ore at 30.87 g/t average Au. Recent exploration has identified a 1 kilometre long gold geochemical anomaly, with a higher grade 700 metre long by 160 metre wide higher value central region, partly matching the location of the historic workings.
