A feldspar mine, in sub-locality called "Gamenho", Parelhas.
A sample of eosphorite-childrenite series from the Alto Redondo pegmatite, located 23 km SE of the town Parelhas, has been recently investigated by X-ray diffraction, microprobe analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy (da Costa et al., 2005).
