"See the itinerary for Les Pilles [https://www.mindat.org/loc-306855.html]. This locality [= Rémuzat] is a few km away. At the intersection of the D162 and the D94 near a farm, there are septarian concretions with calcite, celestine, and quartz." [Belot, 1978]

"Montréal-les-Sources: (Coming from Rémuzat). From Nyons on the D94. At Sahune, take the D205 to the right. Use the path south of the village or the D162 to the right of the D94 south of Rémuzat to climb the Col de Soubeyran. In a ravine, there are septarian concretions with calcite, pyrite, sometimes hydrocarbons, and fossils." [Belot, 1978]

Known for Mirabeau Diamonds.
