Historic lease. One acre. Not in the same area as Brockmans in the Old Halls Creek Goldfield. It is on the same reef as the Panton Queen mine, but to the north-east, on similar stone. A shaft had been sunk to 70 feet deep in the late 1880's.
The reef is one foot thick, showing specks of gold, often associated with malachite stains, iron and copper sulphides. There are also talc 'crystals' in the stone the source states. A little prospecting was done, then the lease abandoned for want of capital.
