34 kilometres south south-west of Ravensthorpe.
Maps found place the Copper King location 7.5 kilometres north of the Last Venture location, however the source states the opposite (Ferguson). Now part of the Fitzgerald River National Park, in thick scrub. Several small cleared areas, and the map is approximate only. Accessed via an internal national park gravel road linking Culham Inlet and the West Mount Barren Ranges. The track from this road heads east, crosses the West River, with the location roughly 5 kilometres beyond this.
Quartz veins containing sphalerite aggregates, and disseminated pyrite-chalcopyrite, in a quartz-feldspar-biotite schist, hosted in a cordierite-anthophyllite horizon. There is a amphibolite-metadacite contact in the north, with granular quartz elsewhere.
Mined at the beginning of the Twentieth Century but the sources provide few other details.
