Located about 140 kilometres north-east of Derby. No access is available to the prospect as it is within a military training area. Remote. 7 kilometres south of the Grant's Find prospect.
Minor historic workings on a low 650 metre long ridge. This consists of discontinuous lenses, 1-10 cms thick, and a few metres long, of limonite, quartz veins, malachite, with barren quartz veins, in slate dipping steeply south-west. This in-turn is hosted by quartz-muscovite psammite, and pale grey phyllite.
A shaft exists down to 12 metres, and several small pits. Explored by Western Mining Corporation in 1959. Shows disseminated pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite.
The Mindat co-ordinates are approximate.
