The Tom Braun's prospect is about 5 kilometres east of the Red Rock Bore, and the same distance north of the Yambah pastoral station homestead. Mindat map approximate.

Best testing has been 16% Cu, 973 ppm Zn, 0.9 ppm Ag, and 4 ppb Au in host pyroxenite and amphibolite. Mineralisation shows as a 5 metre thick malachite and azurite staining of the pyroxenite and olivine, along a length of 100 metres, in turn hosted by biotite-quartz-feldspar gneiss.
