The site of this mine is located approximately 1 km to the north-north-west of the village of Roche and is marked by a surviving horizontal engine house and stack with old dumps lying to the east.
The stack is still a prominent feature visible when travelling on the A30 trunk road through the area.
It is recorded to have worked a stanniferous elvan and other lodes that crossed the elvan.
Although the site is indicated to partly lie within 'right to roam' land it has been recently fenced off, so access is uncertain.
