Deposit: FIRST MENTIONED BY ATCHISON (1936, SAMPLE 291-2) AND LATER BY HALE (1981B, P. 310, 317, FOOTNOTE 44, LOC. 33). OUTCROP Discovery Year: 1908-1918
Geology: The copper minerals were formed from hydrothermal solutions in veins in the reformatory granite. The copper was redeposited in the permian sea (hennessey) and incorporated into arkose and weathered granite. Geology by polk (1948) and merritt (1958).
