NOTE Ronald Werner 2021:
A small quarry visited 4 september 2021. Located at the side of a steep hill, best accessible from the top of the hill. A smaller prospect can only be seen when trying to reach this quarry from a lower altitude. But from here the main quarry is only accessible to people with above average athletic skills. Basically an insignificant occurrence, but one wonders how people in the first place came to be tempted to mine for feldspar at such a difficult place!
This quarry did not yield many tons of feldspar, maybe 10-100 tons at its most.
The discovery of a breccia in the same hill-side was my highlight of the day.
